Vacant Land:  This refers to undeveloped land that can be used for residential or commercial purposes.   Investing in vacant land requires considering factors like:  zoning, infrastructure and future development plans.

Freehold Properties:  [Full Title Ownership in South Africa]   These are properties where the owner has full ownership of the land and any structures on.  This type includes standalone houses and is often preferred for the freedom it offers in terms of modifications and use.

Sectional Title Properties:  Sectional title in South Africa refers to a unique form of property ownership where individuals own a specific unit or section within a larger complex or development, such as an apartment or townhouse.

Fractional ownership: is a form of property co-ownership where multiple investors pool their resources to collectively purchase a high-value property. Each investor holds a percentage or fraction of the property, proportional to their investment.

Share-Block Properties:  In this setup, buyers purchase shares in a company that owns the property.   Purchasing shares in a share-block company is common in holiday resorts, retirement villages and office blocks.
